    High school boy arrested over terrorism threats on Internet

    KOBE -- A 17-year-old high school boy has been arrested for posting a message on an Internet bulletin board threatening to launch terrorist attacks on local schools, police said.



    The second-year student at a private high school living in Higashinada-ku, Kobe, stands accused of intimidation. He admitted to the allegations during questioning, investigators said.
